South Jersey Heating Oil Delivery

Ward Heating, Air Conditioning and Heating Oil provides South Jersey Heating Oil Services. We are a full service company, which means we just don't deliver heating oil; we maintain a full-time staff of well-trained individuals that are on call for Emergency Service 7 Days per Week to serve all our South Jersey customers' needs. If you have a heating oil account with our company, this automatically entitles you to discounted service charges.

We offer several Plans, listed below, to fit every customer's budget. All our Plans offer Senior Citizen Discounts of 5¢ per gallon (65 years of age & older with proper ID may be requested).

Budget Heating Oil Plan

This Plan is good for the South Jersey Heating Oil customer who prefers to spread their heating oil bills over 11 months instead of making a large payment after each delivery. It's our most popular Plan because our customers prefer knowing their fixed payment amount for the sake of budgeting. Deliveries are automatically scheduled by our company based on the "Degree Day System" (see Glossary) - this avoids your running out of heating oil.

This Plan entitles you to: "Discounted Service Charges and Annual Heater Cleaning". Timely payments earn our customers an in-house credit of 10¢ per gallon - this is referred to as a "Premium Credit". This Premium Credit is applied to your account at the end of June and reduces the upcoming fall/winter season budget amount.

Automatic Delivery Plan

Like the Budget Plan, the Automatic Delivery Plan routinely schedules your South Jersey Heating Oil deliveries and entitles you to "Discounted Service Charges" but does not include the cost of the Annual Heater Cleaning, which you are responsible for scheduling with our office. Unlike the Budget Plan, Automatic Delivery customers must pay for the delivery within 15 days of delivery. You do have the option to pay at the time of delivery (COD) which will entitle you to a 5¢ per gallon discount.

Will Call Plan

Customers who choose this Plan prefer to monitor their own Heating Oil tank and are required to call 24 to 48 hours in advance to schedule a South Jersey Heating Oil delivery. If payment is made at the time of delivery (COD), you are entitled to a 5¢ per gallon discount. Unlike the Budget and Automatic Plans, "Will Call" customers are not entitled to all Discounted Service Charges and are at risk of running out of heating oil.
